Franklin Mountain roadwork on track, DOT officials say (The Daily Star)
A $2.5 million highway project on Franklin Mountain is nearing completion.The work on state Route 28 began in April and is on schedule to be finished in November, according to Dave Hamburg of the state Department of Transportation.
