I am one of those fortunate enough that travel often to Paris. I must say I was used to stay in one hotel in particular but it was sold out at that time. A coworker adviced me to check the Hotel Royal Saint-Honoré. The location was ideal for my business meetings- walking distance to the Opera- and I was able to enjoy the boutiques in between appointments. The area has a lot of history and it was nice to be able to enjoy the scenery of the Place Vendome and even jog in The Tuileries Park.
It felt like home the moment I entered the lobby and the staff was willing to assist me at all times, day and night. I had forgotten to book a dinner with friends and the concierge found us a very nice restaurant, five minutes stroll from the hotel, on Place du Marché Saint-Honoré. My room was a very decent size, comfortable, tastefully decorated and I could not hear any noise from the street. It is not always easy to change my travel habits but I was pleasantly surprised and that time it happened for the best. I am looking forward to my next trip to Paris and the Hotel Royal Saint-Honoré will be first choice... the perfect combination of location and service for business trips and weekend getaways.
